The NMVTRC comprises:

Mr Mark Borlace, RAA of SA, Australian Automobile Association

Mr Chris McNally, VicRoads, Austroads

Mr Phil Allan, Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries

Mr Anthony Coles, Australian Government, Attorney-General's Department

Mr John Chapman, Motor Trades Association of South Australia, Australian Motor Industry Federation

Mr Jimmy Higgins, Suncorp, Insurance Council of Australia

As not all organisations with an interest in reducing vehicle theft could be directly represented on the Council the NMVTRC remains open to the input and views of all interested parties.

The NMVTRC is served by a full-time Melbourne-based executive staff of four, led by Executive Director Ray Carroll.
